Uryuu will show up near the end and weaken Yhwach with the silver arrow and Antithesis. He may disable the Almighty.
It's not clear at all what Renji will do. Logically he should jump in and get obliterated, but would Kubo really kill him off?
Ichigo will deal the final blow.

This. Orihime because jealous of Rukia during the Arrancar arc for a reason. It's because Rukia had a relationship with Ichigo that she, herself, didn't.
