Unfortunately I don't know anon, it depends of Maruyama and the editor. There might be a route where she lives, either by joining Nazarick or being able to escape from a death scenario and then becoming some sort of wanderer to not be captured by Nazarick. Maruyama seems to be a lolicon, so he might spare her, but he might kill her if he thinks it' necessary for the plot. Even as a lolicon, he killed Arche's sisters.

Sure. Naxxramas was the ultimate endgame raid from the original WoW. It was so insanely difficult that only, like, 0.01% of the playerbase managed to complete it before the first expansion hit and boosted the level cap.
It had four wings, each with its own theme and its own extremely challenging raid boss, and you had to complete all four wings to unlock the penultimate raid boss, a skeletal dragon, and then if you beat all that (pretty much nobody could), you got to fight Kel'thuzad.
The master necromancer and lich Kel'thuzad was the final boss of the raid, and probably the most difficult single raid boss in the history of the game, even up to this point. He had the best drops in the game.
So Nazarick is basically the same way. An extremely difficult tiered raid with a super undead at the end, full of priceless loot.

In D&D Karma/alignment is generally altered through roleplaying. Maybe in YGG, casting certain spells or completing quests in certain ways would affect your karma. As I sit here retranslating volume 3, this sad little man's flash-in-the-pan crusade against Overlord reminds me of why I'm doing this in the first place.
At first I did it for love. I like Overlord a lot. Makes sense, since I like D&D and Overlord is essentially a D&D series with the serial numbers filed off.
But that changed after a while.
After a while, when I got to retranslating v1, I realized that I was doing this for hate. The funny thing is that while many people consider hate to the opposite of love, the difference between them is very fine; as thin as the difference between facing mirror images.
