Ainz is terrible at reviewing his subordinates. Solution is clearly top 5 in terms of best subordinates. What is the point of trying to give the NPCs a reward to stimulate them and then when it comes to Solution he gives her a half assed reward? He is lucky that the NPCs are 100% loyal and are happy to just serve him, otherwise Solution could argue that she did a good job and deserved pure humans.
