It wasn't dropped. It just takes longer for the episodes to come out due to being on Comico's own "app." Episode 12 (half-episodes anyway) came out recently. The font styling leaves a lot to be desired, and the MKVs aren't that big. I download them, pull out the English sub stream (they also include the Japanese one) and fix it.
So it seems they'll broadcast 6 full length episodes (12 half episodes) and they'll pass up the comico release soon.
