Ainz spell is probably more destructive against concentraded masses of people (think armies or densely populated cities) while the demon summoning spell would most likely allow the summoned monsters to spread out over a larger area to wreak havoc.
Still both of them only have limited duration summons so there's a limit. I'd say they're about equally destructive, just more effective than the other in different situations.
