Accept that there are a lot of things about Lilith that are unlikable. Trinity Seven is not a series where anything deep is going to happen. If I remember correctly, a bunch of girls trapped in a room and needing to pee was an entire episode.
So what matters in the characters is what they add to the situation. Like someone else pointed out, Lilith doesn't actually add anything. She just prevents things from happening. Not in a tsukkomi way or in some entertaining fashion, but with obnoxious and illogical interjections.
I admit to being an enormous fan of Levi, I think she is one of the best girls to be in a bad harem series. But I find most of the other girls to be very good and add value to the show. I don't feel that Lilith does. I also think that her character was dropped after episode 1 or 2 and she became very frivolous.
