That's actually a decent point, but at the same time Takuan and Batsu isn't "normal" fanservice manga in that it also tries to be a bit of a mystery/battle series. Besides, the magazine already has a fanservice series (a crappy, completely generic one) that's doing sadly well so...
As for Kimetsu no Yaiba, indeed it has always felt that way, but it mysteriously persists.

Kimetsu No Yaiba's art style and general feel comes off like it should just go seinen and never look back.
