Rukia runs to Ichigo's side while Renji is thinks about running after Yhwach, but hesitates when he looks at Ichigo's face.
Chad and Ganju relocate with Orihime who heals herself and they rush to Ichigo's side just as Ishida and Byakuya's group appear.
The healed Ichigo says no word as everyone stares at him. He begins to excuse himself , but Ishida walks into the portal. He's told to stop, because they can't win, but he ignores them.
Ichigo begs him to remain as Isshin and Ryuuken appear and tell them to let the adults 'shine' as well.

We saw more of it than you think. We basically got a transition directly from Ichigo v Ishida to Ishida v Jugram, half of which he had The Almighty and the other half in which he had The Balance. He didn't win the fight but he came out of it a better person than he was before; that's why Jugram was so upset with Ishida, because he couldn't understand how Ishida could value his friends over Yhwach.
