Fanservice and nudity is like a condiment, a really good food doesn't need any but a little bit here and there can still improve the flavor. If the food sucks though then pretty much the only way it's going to taste palatable is to fucking drown it, and even then that doesn't change the fact that the food itself is still shit but at least now it's edible.
