Juha took the Hollow and the Quincy so all he's left is the Shinigami. I found it odd that they didn't show Old Man zangetsu being taken, only, his mom. It's like Zangetsu made a little pilgrimage and got all cozy in his shinigami powers.
If he got powered up from the fullbring team and the monk Ichibe technically, it won't be him getting powered by others but rather it'd be him getting his powers back that he either loaned out or was taken from him.
Technically Ginjo could give him his power if he wanted.

The hollow will never be gone. Ichigo said that his quincy powers and the hollow powers mixed with it were taken. One of two things happened here, either OMZ was part hollow from the very start explaining why there was a quincy manifestation and how he was able to form a zanpaktou, or Zangetsu had a fraction of his power that was still mixed with quincy power taken from him.
If it's the latter then expect a Yhwach hollowfied form later on. As if he wasn't powerful enough as is.

Now that Ichigo's powers are gone, isn't he in any danger anymore that they will lock him up or make him the next Soul King? Isshin wasn't happy that Ichigo would go train in the Soul Palace. And when he restored Ichigo's Shinigami powers, he thought that was equal to him robbing Ichigo of his future. Maybe Isshin doesn't want Ichigo to get his powers back, so that he can live a relatively normal life.

He's doing it involuntarily. Jugo never learned how to do it consciously and Yhwach was already 200 years old when he figured out how to grant and gather powers more efficiently. On the case of the Karakura 7, he just let his reiatsu flow out and it randomly started giving people powers. With Ginjo, Ichibei and the hollow pills it was done without his consent. The fact that his soul is so compatible with all sorts of beings with all sorts of powers is already a sign, because the reason why shinigami outlawed power transfers is because of the high rate of failures causing the powers to go out of control and kill both the receiver and the giver.
Also remember early on in the series. Rukia only meant to give Ichigo a bit of her power, but he took it all. Keyword here being "take". Yhwach can give and take power.

The shiba's were already living in Rukongai by the time Kaien died, which means they already fell. Isshin was probably considered to have abandoned his captain position, which is probably why they fell.

What are you talking about? No one's SEEN Isshin from soul society aside from Urahara's crew (who knew all along) and Rukia (who we already know did not mingle outside her division). No one else has even seen Isshin in human form.

Reread the explanation in the flashback. Isshin's powers weren't being erased, they were being tethered to keep the hollow in Masaki/Ichigo in check. Once he broke free, his powers returned.

I'll tell you where her training didn't pay off, it's in the offensive department. She just isn't suited for it. Chad and Orihime are the ones who spent the most time around Ichigo and they were boosted from regular human to VC+ in power. Orihime just has a broken power, that's all.

Do you think old man zangetsu is still inside ichigo? I think he is because when he turned over control of the Quincy and Hollow parts to Ichigo he said farewell then disappared. She rushed up the stairs. Hope grew in her chest at the thought of what she may find.
Ichigo was powerful and strong. Rukia knew that in her heart. He would never give up! And that sole reason was why she was still alive today.
She knew he’d still be fighting. Fighting for their freedom, their lives, and their futures.
Ichigo would win!
Her body shook a little when she spotted Orihime, in a tattered, unconscious state.
Still, Rukia pushed on.
Her heart nearly stopped at the monster in front of her. She could only watch as Yhwach disappeared.
Then there was Ichigo. Mangled, bloody and defeated, but still Ichigo. She ran over to him. Thank the Soul King he was still alive!
She knelt down by him and placed a hand on his shoulder. Something didn’t feel right. “Ichigo…”
The man shot up and pushed her away. “IT’S TOO LATE! HE’S GONE! THEY’RE GONE!”
Rukia blinked, stunned more by the defeated look in his eyes than anything else. “Yhwach? Yes he’s-”
“NO!” Ichigo began sobbing, holding onto Rukia’s shoulders with a shaky and weak grip. “The old man…. Zangetsu…. Zangetsu is gone….”
Rukia shook her head. “No….. it’s right there.”
Ichigo pushed her away with barely enough force to stun a toddler. He curled in on himself, sobbing. Rukia stared at him and knew it was over. This wasn’t just Ichigo’s normal depression. This was a full blown loss. He’d never recover from this. It wasn’t something within Rukia’s capabilities to snap him out of either. That’s when she realized what felt so weird about Ichigo’s presence: he’d lost a large part of himself. It wasn’t simply broken, but instead it was as though it had never existed at all.
Part of what he’d lost was hope.
