Wish I got to you when you posted this because that would be an ideal stopping point. Yes, it goes way downhill.
It starts out as abyssal harem queershit, gets kind of cool and interesting as as soon as Ainz starts plotting about how to interact with the rest of the world, and then it just devolves into harem queershit again.
I swear to god, if Ainz just woke up alone in that fortress it would be a fantastic show, but the rest of his coterie is abysmally fucking annoying.

with the way he buffs himself before each fight it reminds me of old mmos like eq or ffxi. it makes it all the more unbelievable because he's actually playing a shitty cash shop game.

That said, anything involving Clementine is awesome, but the rest of the show drags its feet. I'd say drop it after the clem ark.
