I dunno what my Top 3 is but I like Taku Iwasaki's modern Gurren-type stuff and Panty & Stocking's soundtrack. For some reason I really like that kind of music in anime even though none of my favorite bands are vaguely similar.

I'm not sure why but I really like the music in Ashita no Joe season 1 and think the S2 music is really disappointingly 80s-generic.
