His weight is a non issue for two reasons. The first is that she's spent most of her subjective life in a world where appearance is determined by character, and has more regard for that than meatspace (plus being more experienced/mature because time dilation).
The other is more interesting. Basically, she doesn't mind his weight and would indeed (to her secret shame) prefer him fat, is because she fears that if her were in shape he'd attract others that she feels could never compete with (on account of her self loathing).

I got what was there (bits and pieces from all over the series, for some reason) from the wayback machine. No idea 'bout PDFs. I think they only have them for complete volumes anyway, which most of them weren't.
On the topic of KYH and Haru's feelings for each other I found it kind of refreshing that they're actually aware, and found out pretty early on. They're not a couple because both of them are psychological wrecks and know it, but there's the clear sense that they're gradually, inexorably moving towards a point where they can accept that someone could love them. It's a welcome change from the usual drawn out will they won't they. They will, they just need some time.
