Okada had to write it that way so that everyone in the village had time to reach a resolution, koharun revealing as the mastermind, everyone concluding whether to leave or stay. Only when everyone who wanted to leave coincidentally accepted their nanaki was when light zong finally appeared in the real world. The time it took between then who knows what he did. Blame it on lazy writing or just assume mitsumune was taking the time to accept his new nanaki.It could also be one of those things where the events were occurring simultaneously, but who knows.
