he's stronger that most of the people of that world but the last saga tells you how really strong are the top in the Mushoku universe.
They explain how he get that strong and how can almost everyone can that good at magic with training, remember that Rudeus was even training to be a warrior, most of his abilities didn't came out of nowhere. The only exception is the Laplace factor and the Demonic eye was really never required, he could do everything without that.
