I think the bigger issue here is is that there is just too big of a training gap between someone like Reinhard and Barusu.
It would take literally years and thousands of deaths to even approach him, and even then he might not be physically gifted enough to ever even reach that level. Plus these knights have magical knowledge and skill that Barusu also would have to learn, which would be difficult considering he'd only have at most a few days each reset that would allow him to make relations with the people who would train him, and then actually glean meaningful knowledge.
Plus his physical stats don't transfer and all those knights are way ahead of him in that regard.

What you still don't get is that 'noble' is a term that is used in historical sources. It is not just a modern term which is used to distinguish between people who commanded some sort of respect due to holding a social rank and the commoners who did not. A knight held a social rank, he commanded respect. But so did a bishop for example, or the mayor of a large city. Neither the knight nor the bishop or the mayor were necessarily noblemen however in the sense that they would be attributed as such in historical sources. In fact, when it comes to knights - and I can't repeat this often enough - medieval sources literally distinguish between 'noble' knights and knights who were not 'noble'.
You may say: oh well, they were above commoners and such so they were something 'akin to nobility' and we might as well call them 'noble', but in the historical context they were not.
What should be noted here however is that this changed over time. Approaching the late middle ages, knighthood did indeed become equivalent to nobility, or rather the formerly 'common' families that formed the majority of the knightly class essentially became noble themselves and thus knighthood became less attainable as a form of social mobility to the point where pretty much all knights were noblemen. For the High Middle Ages this was not yet the case though.
