Rereading Part 4's ending I realized how the anime will end, at least how it should.
In the manga after the last narration we cut to Josuke's pose then after we get a big spread looking towards Morioh from the sky. CNBT starts out by pulling into Morioh from the sky and towards Josuke, so for maximum POTTERY the end of DiU should pull back from Josuke's final pose into the sky and look out to Morioh before throwing "the end", possibly playing CNBT and/or the credits.

Part 5 avoids a lot of the problems that plague part 3 though. Also, the crew is great. I agree that it probably doesn't need to be 4 cours though. We'll have to see how Part 4 shapes up in the end, but I think it'll be paced pretty well, judging by the rate we're going right now.

The company that does the CG openings is working on their own major project and don't have the manpower to do other projects currently. It also doesn't fit the tone of Part 4 at all. CG openings might work for Part 5 and 6 though. It might also be a budget thing since we're getting 3 openings this season and outsourcing that many costs more than just making the 3 yourself.

Dio had rented a flat in Cairo, though it costed him an arm, leg and torso, he has certain „methods“ of obtaining things. He was sitting on a chair at the balcony, resting his foreign hands on the iron rests and gazing at the dark sky, illuminated by the lonesome street lamps. His cigarette burned slowly with a distinct chrisp sound of the flames consuming the tobacco, when suddenly he noticed a comet in the sky. It was light blue and he could strangely feel power coming from it.

The point is that it does retarded and unexpected things with weather manipulation. They're not different powers just different applications of the one power. Heavy Weather came out of nowhere though, like I have a vague understanding of what Araki was going for with the subtle refraction of light in the ozone layer and the cool effect that could have on the weather but he made it turn people think they were snails so hard that they actually became snails. It was cool for being simultaneously the dumbest and one of the coolest moments in the series but my fuck Weather Report went off the rails with Heavy Weather. He had a perfectly good train of thought going with bizarre weather manipulation and then FUCKIING SNAILS
