Talents are 99% completely useless and 1% plot device powerful. Even the NWers don't know how to properly screen for them. Plus, talents only help when they're applied. A farmer with a talent for learning magic will never learn magic just by tilling the fields.

Well, ST is the only one who might need him (to use the WCI), but then they probably wouldn't trust it to any non-native of the ST.
The Kingdom has five notable magic items on their side and they need a competent warrior more than a UMD specialist to use them.
The Empire has Fluder as their treasure instead of any particular item.
Probably only the ST knew about Nfirea's talent (which is how Khazit/Clem knew to snatch him) and the ST couldn't be arsed to snatch the son of a famous alchemist when they already had Kaire and others like her.

They only copy, they don't grow like the person who puts effort into his work. All my scans and quite a number of my vectors got put up on sky's blog and the one for vol.X. Despite not being credited I feel accomplished, since they considered it good enough to use.

So-so. Basically, Ainz replaces the male MC as strategist, and it basically becomes a one-sided stomp where Altina makes use of all the buffs and plans from Ainz to do everything she does in her LN in the span of days, instead of weeks and months.
It's simple but fun, moreso when you realize that both authors play /tg/ games with each other and Log Horizon's author (at least, when he wasn't in prison).

The male MC dude is a bookworm with some magic capability, if I'm not misremembering. He is assigned to the dead-end location, but ends up teaming up with Altina to reform the garrison and strengthen it.
Its, decent. For a lack of a better term. Pretty standard for an LN medieval fantasy setting, with minimal ecchi and contrived stuff. Mostly about plotting and carrying out said plans, as Altina tries to improve her standing and the area she's charged with managing.
