Good, but not as good as the hype says it is.
The manga was fun, but it was published as a "story of the week" manga, and thus most of said stories are hugely underdeveloped. They're often creative and fun, and the set-up shows a lot of potential, and could have easily been developed over 3 or 4 chapters, transforming those good stories into great stories. Basically, it lets you with the feeling that the manga could have been really better than it actually is. It's a wasted potential.
Some characters are really annoying, though, like that mad scientist, his daughter, or that doll-otaku.
I suspect most people like it for THAT scene.
