That's basically King Crimson. He gets 10 seconds of precognition and the only way to change what he sees is to erase time. When he erases time he goes into a world outside of space and time where the things he saw in his prediction play out like sketches or projections except he can walk around and move however he likes even if it goes against what was predicted. When he's happy with his position or all 10 seconds of what he predicted has elapsed, he reappears in the real world. Everyone else teleports to where they were at the end of the prediction except King Crimson appears where he was during his free 10 seconds. Because time literally jumped from one point to another no one remembers what happened except King Crimson himself, so it'd be like walking along and randomly teleporting and getting punched through the back of the chest or karate chopped in the collar bone in that split second of confusion.
Thankfully King Crimson is the most complex Stand there is.

I don't really get the hype for the series. The scans fucking suck at times so the art is hard to appreciate - which isn't even extraordinary to begin with.
The characters are great, and interact in awesome ways, but the story is horribly generic. The plot is literally battle of the week mini arcs + character development on the side.
Like I like the series a lot, but its even more overrated than punpun. Plus everyone acts like airspace control babylon is so fucking cool, but it's really not. Just that singular page is cool, it doesn't even reflect the abilities nature.

How about a time traveling evil MC?
Here's a possible backdrop.
MC is born to demanding middle class parents. Turns out to be nervous weak and fragile.
He gets bullied mercilessly in school.
One day he wakes up to find a gun pointing at his face, as he is forced to his feet he sees his family tied up. Robbers can't find any valuables in his house and his parents have nothing to give them. They shoot his mother and then turn the gun on him but his father still can't give them anything and jumps them and getting shot. With both parents dead, the robbers leave and MC goes to live with his grand parents.
On graduation day he confesses to his crush but she rejects him. His main bully then arrives and beats him up and then makes out with his crush as he lays bleeding on the ground. MC vows to get revenge.
20 years later he discovers time travel and decides to change his life by killing everyone that ever hindered him in his past. So he wears a mask and travels to various points in history starting with the night his house was robbed. Using his futuristic weapons he renders the robbers unconscious before they can even enter his house and then tortures them before finishing them off. Then he travels to his childhood murdering his worst bully and traumatizing the rest of them before they can threaten him in the future.
Every action he takes changes his memories but they don't become more pleasant. In fact he discovers that time finds even worse experiences to replace them with filled with gore and horror.
At the same time he finds out that the government from his timeline has created it's own time travel technology and is investigating murders that could only be caused by someone from the future. Namely himself.
The story follows MC trying to rein in his bloodlust, to restore the damaged timeline and coming to peace with his original life as he avoids government agents.

His ability is theft of certain aspects in general, although it's cool when he does use it on friction. Honestly it's one of the cooler powers out there, and most people wouldn't give the protagonist that sort of power, usually hold it off for a side character or a villain.

Unique powers is what made this show so fun. Even though it became a repetitive battle shounen. Only show that have powers this interesting is JoJo. The MC's powe was to turn traah into trees, but they ruined it on by giving him God weapons and shit.

How about a protagonist who has the ability to create "fakes" of objects or "imitate" other people's powers. And when I sake imitate or create fakes, i don't mean complete copying powers.
I mean whenever he copies an object once it's of a lower quality than the original object. And whenever he copies an enemies power he can only copy the power once (Use it for a limited amount of time, maybe only gets one use of it?) and it's not nearly as powerful as the enemies power? Forcing him to be creative/clever with his power and force him to decide when exactly he wants to copy something/copy an enemies power?

Nobody wants to make a story about technomancy. Think about it, sound is brutal. WWII? Tons of dead found from bombings where the concussion wave liquified organs and left bodies intact. And what about the carful application of sound to buff spells/I increase damage (music) that would make for the best of technomancers?
I've always wanted an anime, hell even normal movie where the only effective way to fight other technomancers would be to use some bullshit challenge (magic ain't gonna explain shit) that locks one into a battle of the bands life or death situation. A few shows and movies touch on it but rarely to an extent I'd like to see.

Well The Law of Ueki at the very beginning was like this. I mean the MC has the power to turn garbage into trees, and that's it. All in all although it's drawn horribly it's a fun series with lots of wacky absurd powers.
It goes to the shitter when the MC is given godly weapons summoning because yadda yadda, but then again we get to see a villain with the power to turn gunplas into actual fucking giant robots (but he has to play with the toys in order to transform them)
