My proposal: Any anime in which cute girls(somewhat large, rounded eyes; in middle school or the first two years of highschool; look incredibly young and exaggerated) do different activities within their school setting while being "cute"(idiots, ditzy, or smiling all the time). Said activities could easily be fulfilled with a cast that doesn't need an abundance of "cute". Shows feature fanservice of these young looking characters and feature no real substance outside of the "cute" factor. Fans will create depth out of this nothing and refer to the character withing them as 'waifus'.
Examples:

Haifuri("cute" girls operate a ship)
