That isn't Saitama's point, he isn't some gag character or have any infinite stats. He is just stronger than anybody in his universe. A MC from the end of their series put into the start. This is what ONE has said about the idea of Saitama:

No, it's more like his power is "Strongest punch ever no matter what" but plenty of characters can stop time, use telekinesis, and some, like accelerator, have any movement based attacks within their domain by default and can control them at will. The harder Saitama punches, the easier it is for accelerator to beat him by making him punch himself. Some character have non-relative powers that can work around extreme brute strength

Yuyuko's power is to bring anyone to their death as long as they are unaffected by the Hourai Elixir. And Saitama wouldn't be able to kill those affected by it either, as the Hourai Elixir is ultimate.
You people have it backwards. Saitama will always win, usually with one punch. That's what he's all about. It's a defining part of his character. Therefore, Saitama can beat anyone because Saitama can beat anyone.
