IMO To compare those series the way you are does them a major disservice as they arent even similar enough to compare at face value like that. Violence is the only common trait among those series but alright OP ill take the bait. Just a heads up i read and follow all three series you mentioned.
Berserk is a the tragic tale of one mans quest for revenge that will put him into a fight he has no chance of winning but despite the overwhelming odds stacked against him it shows he will continue to fight however lately gutts priorities have changed and now he has people he wants to protect so now it is a story of how a man with a completely cruel past can still hope to hold something dear to him however fleeting those moments may turn out to be.
Tokyo Ghoul started off as a story meant to portray the ultimate tragedy that is the character of Ken Kaneki after he was turned into a monster against his will. The similarities between the two series kinda ends at the "Tragedy" genre tag however as Ken Kanekis life is meant to show how such an unrelenting cruel string of events broke the once kind young boy and turned him into a sadistic monster out to sharpen his fangs against everyone who wronged him. Had TG ended before RE: it would have succeeded at being the ultimate tragedy but it continues so there's no telling where it will end up now maybe more tragic shit will happen maybe it wont.

Attack on Titan lacks the emotional nuiance of the other two series as named characters die off far too quickly to really forms emotional connections with and once that new character you liked dies off in a horrific manner it will put you on guard afterwards. However it makes up for the lack of emotional depth with spectacle as there are alot of good battles that happen in the story be it titan on titan or human on titan the fights are always a thrill to see, and the mystery of the world keeps you intrigued enough to stick around when it gets slow. Yes the world of AoT is tragic but you gotta keep in mind that's how war is, their war with the titans leads handfuls of able bodied young men and women alike to their graves and after awhile you start to become desensitised to the deaths as they happen hard and frequently, which i guess is supposed to put you in their shoes in a sense
