Looking it up, the developer for the card game is the same as the other games, guess that explains how the art manages to stay in style. Only reason I doubted is because I recall someone saying before that the card game exaggerates the body proportions even more and portrays the characters out of character. Could see them possibly bringing another artist in while the main ones are busy working on the actual games, that would explain the proportions. Out of character stuff I'm guessing is just needing new ideas for cards and the obvious route is various costumes.
Wasn't aware that Homura screenshot was from Bon Appetit. Guess like other games they took artwork from other stuff and just made it fit on a card. That and the above lends credence to the idea that there may be someone with a fondness for feet working on the main games, which is nice. Need to exhibit all the girl showing off their lower assets.
I still have to actually get around to playing the Senran games so all I really saw of Miyabi's personality was that she was your typical arrogant character assure of their abilities, which becomes kind of cute when it's a girl. Actually all the games (on the Sony platforms) do as well; they have a specific alternate semi-non-canon stories to play through for each individual girl where their personalities are a bit exaggerated. They're not part of the main story arc and are mostly lighthearted and humorous, though some like Miyabi's can be heavy as fuck and hit you in the feels.
The anime is definitely worth watching too.
