The vampire stuff was pretty interesting and it was cool to see a protagonist who didn't solve everything with more gar.
That being said, only the two main routes were good. Everything involving your sister or the maids just felt like they added completely random shit all over the place and the plot just felt completely retarded. Most of it was only loosely related to the main story at best.

She got sick at the end of last chapter, chances are its finally time to explore her a bit.

Mashu is a still living human, she won't poof away. She's sickly for the same reason Saber was during Fate route, to create tension and make you care about her more as the characters react, and increase moe appeal.
Then its cured by mana transfers, or some other plot device. While at the same time when its cured, you inject some other element in the story that also furthers her plot, such as her learning the truth about the heroic spirit that gave her power.
