Ajimu's plan was to break Zenkichi and Medaka up. She went at it from two directions - break down Zenkichi's self worth (by giving him Parasite Seeing) and giving Medaka a foil to Zenkichi's normalness by introducing the teen girl squad. Zenkichi was seen as special by Medaka because he was literally the only normal person in her life. Ajimu introduced five normal girls to her group which caused Medaka to see him in a different light.

They never stated her status (Normal/Special/Abnormal), but she was basically supermom and all of her abilities stemmed from that (they were all based off a mother's skills, like gardening/sewing/etc.).
