Yeah. I'm a sucker for excellent writing and Elfen Lied is something which can be appreciated both as a dark and edgy first anime, and then as an 'exploitation-film' style cult classic unintentional comedy later on.
I did read the manga first though, so I can't help but subconsciously know the explanation for what might look like plot holes in the anime.

The way to understand why people like or love Monster is if you can actually understand Johan and his life, and the ending of the show. However, to understand the ending of you the show, you primarily need to understand Johan as both a character and person, as well as his lie which none of the characters in the show ever notice.
The clues are all there.

Essays are too formulaic and somehow feel less organic or from the heart. The problem is that I write as I think and it just doesn't feel structured. It's not cohesive enough to my taste.
Like, there's a video I want to make about how the structural similarities of Redline and the 3D Speed Racer movie shows that the former suck and the latter is rather good as a racing movie. I just can't seem to get my point across that aesthetic and animation aren't everything.

Dude, make an essay and script. Once you do that take at least 2 or 3 takes until you find a satisfactory version. Then get footage of Monster. Be sure to use 15 sec clips or speed up the clips or change the aspect ratio to avoid copyright strikes.
The whole entire idea of you being nervous comes down to you not really being a good speaker. I have no idea how you can survive collage with no speech classes, but generally just be yourself. Make sure you edit your audio levels correctly in Sony Vegas/Adobe Premiere and your all set for a good recording.
I have experienced enough analytical YouTubers out there. And sometimes they forget about the basics. JUST BE YOURSELF and if you get thrown off edit a portion of the part you fucked up and redo it. It ain't gonna be perfect the first time around.
