I for one have seen several anons harping on it being incredibly low budget (which is true) and having bland, repetitive jokes.
This is after it finished airing, though.

Pic related used to be something I enjoyed at face value, but going back to it now, I enjoy it for being the anime equivalent of an exploitation film, full of insanity and unintentional comedy.

GnK's anime adaptation is reasonably well known. I'm not going to pretend I didn't enjoy it (and I loved the VN), but it had some fucking retarded pacing.
Meikyuu and Rakuen were quite good though. Still the same ridiculous self-insert wish fulfilment bullshit, but they were fun, and because the relationships between Gary Stu and his harem were already established, it didn't suffer from that problem of each girl suddenly flipping between hating and loving Yuuji in the space of a scene or two.
My winter AOTS, I think very few people here really liked it.
The way of solving mysteries ranged from average to bad, but I liked every single character and especially the main duo. It was refreshing to see male and female highschool leads to actually act like friends and who aren't secretly in love with each other

If only there could be a remake that adapted the full manga and depicted the gore more realistically. The anime basically stopped right when the manga started to really get interesting and did some proper world-building.

I stopped watching that about a dozen episodes in. Wasn't finding it enjoyable any more. All that forced drama and teasing romances that then don't happen.
I'll admit that it's not an AtoY contender or anything, but the characters are funny, and I like the setting. I also love how unapologetically chuuni it is.
