Almost. Chapter 21's scanlation release might coincide with its anime debut next week. The scanlators take 2-3 weeks per chapter, so the anime will pass them for a while. However, because episode 13 isn't airing, the only way you'll know the ending (if you haven't already read the volume in Japanese) is reading the scanlated version when it comes out.
