She can lose a powerlevel fight but still be relevant in the plot. As for being end-game, it doesn't feel like it. She's one participant in the keikaku reveal party later on where everyone reveals their super secret plan but it feels like she'll be the first to get defeated.
David's going to come out on top so Aladdin can save the day in the end. Arba's there for the Hakuryuu confrontation but the main show will be Aladdin/Alibaba.
