KATTOBINGU is this guys catchphrase.
This character is the first and only character Tasuku hatanaka(the guy who voices Ushio) voiced untill recently.
Yuma(the character) was notorious for his catchphrase because he said it literally every episode all the time.
Kattobingu also became some kind of holy word that can solve everything and make everyone friends with eachother.

She's practically been forcibly retired from TV anime with the rest of her generation so that producers can plug more of their questionably talented younger favorites for handshake events and just general exposure. I'm sure she'll pop in here and there in the odd OVA or as a bit character but it's just sad to see as she's clearly still got it. I kind of hate that the anime industry runs itself the same way as Japan's sorry excuse for a music industry now but it's also kind of a case of what do you expect when it's biggest producers are technically music companies to begin with.
More of her please, would like her in a villain role.
