Preferred Suruga Monkey, Tsubasa Tiger, and Ougi Formula & all the Sodachi stuff to it personally (not in that order, not sure how I'd rank the three to be honest). Also Koyomi Vamp but I'm only going by the LN here, haven't even seen the first Kizu movie.

I found it pretty awesome, before the whole becoming a crazy bitch thing I liked her a lot. Then she became a crazy goddess and I hated her to a stupid degree. Like it's hard to put into words how much I hated her, whenever any of her OP's or songs from her OST came up I would skip them and be reminded of how much I hated her. I have grown to like her again but it's not often an anime/manga can make me grow an extreme amount of hate towards a character. I believe that is a good sign of character development.

I'm in this more for the characters and less for the overarching story which helps I guess. As far as being related goes though, it featured plenty of foreshadowing about Ougi's character, moreso than anywhere else in the series even.
Not sure what you mean by "forced" but I enjoyed the story. Went back to Bake's style of story - as in, the "this girl is fucking messed up, find out what her deal is and try to sort it out" setting with a supernatural element running through it (not from Sodachi and not immediately obvious which is what threw people off, it's Ougi) - and it did it pretty well I felt. Dialogue was pretty entertaining throughout as well in my opinion, once Hanekawa 'got better' she acts as a great wingman and Ougi was fun too.

Ougi is one of my favorite characters and that's why I think that scenes with her were the best thing about Sodachi Riddle/Lost.

I felt like the only reason it was created is the fact that we didn't know anything about Koyomi's childhood and the series needed more episodes with Ougi before explaining who/what she is. Sodachi's entire existance has one purpose - to explain why Koyomi never had any friends. She doesn't have any role in the series other than that, she never appears again.
I didn't like dialogue, it was the first time in the whole series when I felt bored. Everything was too fast and the best example of that was the slap/punch scene with Senjougahara.
Also I didn't like how they abandoned this awesome feeling of isolation by adding scenes with more than two major characters at once.

I liked it more when I thought that Araragi was just a weird guy who had enough luck to meet Shinobu and start a new life. And his sense of justice/desire to protect friends was born from the fact that it was the first time that someone cared about him.

And that's why I felt like Sodachi Riddle/Lost was forced, they needed to put in more information about Ougi and how character relate to her before explaining who she is and that's why Sodachi was created - it was a background to this stuff.

It was already mentioned that Araragi was normal but because of something he didn't remember he became a loner, and later it was mentioned that when he was a kid he was even more of a justice hero than the fire sisters. Because besides Kizu, the arcs are almost exclusively without the girls and not about Araragi. Which is why you assumed a completely different background to him. It doesn't help that the anime make it seem like all other humans don't exist unless strongly relevant at that point (in the picture even Senjougahara became floating kanji there).
It's implied she goes to the same college as Araragi though, and very likely both will be in the math department. But it's beyond the scope of the story unfortunately.
