Thinking back, we only really see him on that date with the two girls, but there's no further context there to really be sure. Then there's him being lead around by Chibimi on a rental girlfriend date. The seiyuu seemed to even be fooled into thinking he was a playboy, but he really doesn't get that far and seems to bank on mixers being his chance.
