Fairly well, I'd say. They've got tons of species and items that should be able to resist radiation, and while direct hits with the most powerful missles might cause damage, it's probably avoidable. Lots of ways to intrigue into the government. As long as Ainz is cautious they have a decent of conquering a modern world as well.
