They most likely do, but don't put it on the internet for obvious reasons. It's not like in the west where the pornographic aspect of the animation industry is seen in a negative light by the majority of people involved in the industry, over in Japan it's automatically accepted that there is going to be lewd content of any and every anime related thing no matter what it is, and only be very few strange individuals is that seen as a bad thing. Almost all of the people who make the shit you see on Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network shudder to imagine what porn of their characters would look like and probably whine about it on twitter when they find out about it. In Japan the makers of shows even directed at kids are the ones sexualizing the characters to begin with, pretty much every time you see gratuitous fanservice in an anime that's basically the creators giving the doujin community the ol' nudge and wink, as if to give them some ideas as to what kind of porn they want to see.
So in reality it wouldn't be anywhere near out of the question to assume a great many people involved in the industry have drawn some amazing porn of their characters and series that have never seen the light of day. Sometimes I can't help but wonder just how much of it is out there that we'll never get to see.
