The worst arcs are Karen Bee and the one in which Hachikuji disappears. No substance, no interesting characters and a shit ton of dumb fanservice.

It feels like a Persona game that actually tries to do something more than social links with its characters.

I have only watched one hundred anime but it seems like they can never make a series serious while also making it funny and including good fanservice. It's either one or the other, no in between. However, there are shows that manage to do it right like Haruhi, but that's just my opinion.
