Maybe a bit, but real experience will always triumph over practice. He battled against the lizards but he didn't gain much experience because they were too weak. Shalltear forgot all about her battle with Ainz so she is still a noob. The evil tree was to weak for the guardians to learn anything about a real battle. They probably stay like this forever unless a powerful foe appears or Ainz decides to make them fight each other in the hopes they learn to fight properly. Maybe he could use Punitto Moe's book about PK and PKK.

They remember things from Yggdrasil like the guidmembers conversing with each other and the invasion from the 1500 players raid, but it seems they don't really have any experience at fighting. Just see Shalltear in volume 3, she was fighting like what you would expect from a character controlled by the computer. The only intelligent thing she did was to abuse the friendly fire that didn't exist in Yggdrasil.

Yeah, unless there's a massive threat that he needs hugeass meatwall for, he's not going to give those under his domain anything more than they consider "it's better now than back in the past". It would be foolish to relinquish gear/tangible Ygg/Nazarick/Futuristic stuff outside that doesn't yield suitably high interest in controlled manner (Nfirea).
He could just sneakily train them via professions so that they produce better corpses than mere peasants. Hence experiments on the limits to human corpses with Sunlight Scripture and the idea of strengthening the adventurers. Probably.
Heck, he could just call off most taxation and put up programs to make every meatbag break into profession so that they can rise in ranks and get better standard of living and security. "Enroll or else it's happy farms..."
