What order do I watch the Gundam series in?
Which Gundam series are not worth watching? Or are there only a few that are?

I'll start off early with a hated opinion but I disagree with watching each show. Gundam has some goddamn diverse entries in terms of quality. It's not worth it just so you can get a few of the winks in Turn A.
Read up on each series and seek out impressions on /mu/ before you decide to take it on. You won't like every story gimmick or setup each time, so it'd be a waste to view them all.

Watch G Gundam, then Jojo.
MSG, 0080 war in the pocket, Zeta, ZZ, Char's counter attack, Unicorn.
Some of the other UNiveral Centuru stories are good and fairly relevant but the above are the best and are essentially the main story of Gundam. Anything outside of the Universal Century take place in alternate dimensions or are completely new takes, often just meant to sell toys.
Stay away from Seed Destiny.
