Yes but it was written in 1992 when these terrible shows/mangas were not as widespread as now, also araki made the character of yukkako as a comment on what he perceived as shallow female characters without flaws in manga, it's also just 2 eps and continues to have JoJo's trademark bizarre feel throughout
