You know all those gunpowders you get before you reach the police station? Save them. Then, at that last save point right before the police station, turn them into two sets of gunpowder AAB. This will new you a bunch of shotgun shells, in fact just enough to beat Nemesis on hard mode. (The only real mode.)
Now how do you avoid Nemesis, and not die from his massive damage-dealing hits while you plink at him with the shotgun?
