Not outright but the last episode of Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 is a huge tearjerker and it almost got me.

Kimi ni Todoke made me tear up a few times. Sawako's character and struggles were very close to some of my own when I was that age, so I was quite invested in seeing her succede and be happy. With all the misunderstandings and problems she ran into I was feeling sadness and anger I didn't know were possible. I ended up dropping it second season just because the bad feelings were outweighing good ones.
