I think part 7 really suffered from being extremely fight of the week and largely boring outside of valentine related things. I also think johnny is worst jojo, I liked that he was one of the most "human," jojos but that doesn't really make him good, to me at least. He was super whiny and annoying, and largely boring until the last 25% of the part.
