Medea's magic isn't something modern magi can learn from. It doesn't even utilize magic circuits - literally, Medea has the god-given right to speak certain words and magic effects will occur. This is not something that can be learned. It's why nobody even tries to summon a Caster to learn from.
I can think of one single exception, and that is Solomon from Apocrypha (the guy who invented golems, not the world-ending evil Solomon from Grand/Order). Solomon allows his master to watch him produce automatons and occasionally offers advice and wisdom to teach him, but this is also an inherently flawed process, as any heroic spirit Caster that does use modern thaumaturgy, like this one, is so far beyond modern magi that even if a master spent a lifetime learning from them, they'd barely scratch the surface of what they could theoretically learn.
This is an issue throughout mage society, even, since talent may vary between generations, and an untalented successor could end up failing to learn and pass on all the research his forebears created up to that point. That is why modern magi invented the mystic crest, which allows everything a former magi in a family has learned to be passed on without risk of loss.
If a Heroic Spirit Caster had a mystic crest (though we've never seen one have one), and their master happened to be compatible with it (though that would be virtually impossible due to the issues involved in sticking parts of Heroic Spirits onto a living mortal as outlined in Heaven's Feel), then yes, theoretically, a master could have that mystic crest transplanted onto them and learn everything that Caster knew.

In fact, the reason why families never share their research and secrets is because the more people know of and understand a higher mystery, the less powerful it becomes. This is the same effect of knowledge that caused the eventual decline and death of both the Age of Gods (prehistory, passed on only through legends like Heracles and Gilgamesh) and the Age of Magic (earliest known history through the fall of King Arthur's kingdom).

So you are probably wondering "literally what is the point of magi even at all if they can't use their magecraft in the public eye without it becoming weaker?"
The reason they study the replication of miracles is because magi wish to find a path to the Root, and in so doing, obtain the power of one of the five known True Magics. A True Magic is not a simple mystery that can be learned or reproduced through learning; knowledge of it does not weaken it.
So magecraft is like a race against time; you have to find a path to the Root using the mysteries you know before someone else or humanity at large discovers the same mysteries and weakens them, or you die and have to leave the research to your successor (if you manage to produce one).
Unsurprisingly, nobody actually succeeds at this except people who are just fucking born with it like Zelretch and Aoko, the lucky motherfuckers.

So you don't try; if the number of people who understand a given thing is what's important, you're just trying to weight that down to minimize the harm, and slow devlopment long-run.
Heck, if I were a wealthy and powerful magus, I'd try to push Hungry Gaems imitators and other mass-consumption bad dystopian stuff, especially in the YA bracket and below. Make that part of an effort to make people, especially younger people, scared of science and technology and to question it's benefits to the human race. Then support Gender Studies programs to funnel people from learning to unlearning, start bombing expensive research facilities and fucking up R&D projects to drive up the cost involved, and... yeah.
Bonus points for starting a war between two sides with an enormous tech disparity, then making the high-tech side lose and making it look like it was because of their tech.

There are some difficulties in transplanting magic crests to people who are not members of the family. It can even result in death. The only truly safe means of doing so is to transplant it to a descendant of the lineage at an early age. The older a recipient is when the crest is implanted, the riskier it is.
It's not impossible that someone would do that, but the larger issue is that the research of one family will rarely be easily melded with the research of another, since they could be based on entirely different Foundations (giant rituals upon which all formal magecraft is founded), with their own axioms that are incompatible.
Another issue is that most magi only have one element and origin that they have an affinity for, and elements do run in families. There are also bloodline traits, like the McRemitz ability to use Fragarach and ancient runes. Not having the proper element or bloodline traits may render an entire lineage's crest useless to anyone not born of that lineage.
And, of course, it is not so simple to steal a magic crest, since that would require sneaking into or assaulting a magus family residence, which means you're going to be meeting them within their own bounded field and them having homefield advantage as well as complete access to their own equipment and materials. It is also, most likely, illegal within the Mage Association.

To be more specific, there are two kinds of Sealing Designations. The first means that 'we're going to let you do your own thing, but we're watching you, shitbag,' which is the kind that was placed on the Emiya family.
The other is the one where they send Enforcers to either kill or capture the mage and confiscate their research. It's a proper witch hunt.
Which they issue on a given heretic magus depends entirely on the threat their research poses to the secrecy of the magus world, how close the research is to actually successfully reaching the Root, and various political factors.

Because nobody even remembers the whole point anymore. The closest we get to it is Ilya commanding Berserker to kill himself at the end of Berserker's route in Fate/Unlimited Codes. He tears his own heart out and crushes it with his bare hands, without her even needing to use a command seal. Since he already killed all the other servants, with his death, Ilya is able to complete the Heaven's Feel ritual.

It depends on what kind of wish is intended to be granted. The pure prana of 4 servants is enough to grant most ordinary, 'easy' wishes, IIRC, like wishing to be wealthy or just to cause mass destruction. For every servant after that, more and more is possible to accomplish. To perform the Heaven's Feel, all seven servants must die.

We don't know. All the known requirements for the Heaven's Feel were met - all the servants were dead, Ilya was wearing the Dress of Heaven, and seemed to be fairly intent on doing it properly. We know Angra Mainyu cannot be born through her, since she's like literally perfect as a Grail, so basically there's no reason why it shouldn't have worked.
But the ending ends as Berserker's consciousness fades, so we'll probably never know just what the result of the Heaven's Feel would be.
