Dark souls for example.
DEX is for dexterity weapons attack strength.
And AGI is for evasion chance.

AGI = Evasion, atk speed
DEX = Hit chance, physical damage depending on the weapon

This is pretty standard.

Agi gives dodge chance, atk speed and i believe atk dmg for small weapons.

Dex is gives hit chance (to counter agis dodge), cast speed (so it was a major mage stat) and more atk for ranged weapons
