It's like if you took the weakest DBZ fillers and decided to make an entire show of them. It's watchable and has some okay ideas but everything about the execution sucks.

Super isn't great by any means but at least characters who aren't Goku actually exist and it keeps things simple. The Baby arc and Super 17 are some of the dumbest things to come out of the Dragon Ball franchise.
