Sure, her looks are overly plain but I don't think that alone makes her boring. she was the only character in the whole show who was very unpredictable. Perhaps because of her mannerisms or her voice acting but it was hard to really guess what she was going to do or say next. That alone makes her an interesting character. Perhaps not waifu material but most certainly not boring either. Don't get me wrong, I has harboring a half-chub whenever senpai or cousin was on screen but they were both decidedly predictable and uninteresting by comparison.
