I'd say, that If you liked how Nisio made the monogatari "character study" arcs (Sodachi Riddle, Nadeko Medusa, Tsubasa Tiger, Hitagi End) and the mystery parts (like Ougi Formula), you would like it for sure.
If you disliked even those parts (in that case you have shitty taste, though) I think you can still like Zaregoto, the content is very different.
