I thought the choices in School Days were really intuitive. Maybe I'm biased because I got good endings the first few times I played blind. As far as VNs made by Overfl0w go, School Days is about the easiest.
By contrast, Shiny Days has a lot of routes which can be closed off by decisions you make early on as well as lots of short bad endings.
And then there's Summer Radish Vacation. That game is fucking evil. The good endings are basically impossible to get without a guide because they all rely on you just happening to be in the right places and the right times, and if you don't get a good ending, you're pretty much guaranteed to get one of several NTR bad endings. It had a fun harem route at least.

Shiny Days is worth playing and of similar quality to School Days, but I wouldn't really recommend any of the others apart from Summer Radish Vacation, and only play that one if you have a high tolerance for netorare, and preferably with a guide.
For School Days, 'Bavarois' and 'Two Lovers' are both great endings, Bavarois being the most light-hearted. Both Hikari endings are great, except in order to access them you need to go through the 'Kotonoha Broken' path in episode 4, a.k.a. an extremely disturbing rape scene. The Video Tape -> I Love You and also Earnest Feelings Requited are both enjoyable endings. If you want Otome's ending, play that BEFORE Hikari's, or you'll suddenly not want to play it any more.

Shiny Days is pretty bad with that. Some routes have spans that last hours where there's nothing sexual going on at all and it becomes tempting to let Makoto start acting like a perv just so something happens. Also the route map is a bad joke. At least the one in School days only has one part where you can cook a path an episode ahead of the fork to it. If I were you I'd play it through blind once and then just grab a guide and get whatever other endings you want.
