Because the only thing about this that looks promising is Sagisu Shiro doing the music.
As much as I love Berserk, every other name attached to it and the fact that it's 3d just screams "meh". Of course you're still gonna watch it though.

Watching the trailers for this, its finally dawned on my we the japanese suck ass as 3d animation.
They apparently don't realize that squash and stretch techniques can be applied to animation. Even their typical 2D animation looks like shit most of the time because simple techniques like that are not fucking commonplace. Everything looks stuff as hell, and it's even worse for their 3d animation, because you can almost always see exactly where the bones of the models are in every single frame, even in the most intense bits of animation, and it looks fucking bad.
Human eyes do not perceive movement this way!

I'll watch every last bit of Berserk, so yeah, I'm excited for this. The second trailer doesn't look bad either, definitely better that the movies.
What I'm more worried about is whether they will have to censor stuff, does anyone know how does this anime look from that point? Obviously I want to see qt moth loli and rape horse, so I wouldn't want censors getting in the way.

Since they are NOT going to fucking give me traditional animation, they need to drop traditional animation all together.
Give me CG, but give me CG that looks like the JoJo openings.
Dead fucking serious, that looks so pleasing to my eyes, and in motion, that it would be perfect for this as a series, very detailed everything, pleasing to view, and fluid animation and battles.
You wouldn't have to worry about "quality" in the production, you can even paint backgrounds if you want for a majority of it.
