In straight combat is another story. She can dish out silly OP ways to disable fighters of any kind like candy. It requires being very resillient to muscle through punish, swift to avoid the many one hit K.O. cards and smart to make her waste her main defenses on something else. All its needed is one well placed hit and she's done (it must be a good punch, Yue slammed her shit against concrete and steel and while crying in pain Sakura still kept going).
Also we don't know if The Shield card can intercept the power of a Death Note.
